I love selling...schmooooozing with the customers is Fun...many customers have become very close friends over the years. We've had a million laughs together.
FUNNIEST THING THAT HAPPENED IN MY CAREER
A customer at another dealership told me that his car was late because The boat that was bringing it across the water ran aground. I said, "Man that is the lamest excuse I've ever heard." Ten minutes later I got a call from the factory telling me a ship carrying a load of cars destined for me had run aground. I think a U-Boat was involved!
